Rheumatiod Athritis and pregnancy

My sister is suffering from join pain since about 3 years ago.. I really pity her because she is still very young....

She did went to see many different doctors but none of them can tell what is actually happen to her. They just said might be some problem in the joint eventhough her joint was already swollen and she is such in pain. We did sent her to the specialist but end up spending lots of money without any conclusion... I'm a bit frustrated but what can I do...I not a doctor... :(

We also sent her to the hospital but I guess their technology is not that good, that they sent her home and say nothing wrong with her without did thorough check.. They did took her blood sample and did X-ray and still said nothing wrong with her.. My gosh!!! Just because she is still too young, they ignore the fact that she might have rheumatoid athritis.. It is really frustrating to hear the doctors said she is ok but then when we go back home, she will cry because of the pain...

When she was sent for a practical recently, I ask her to live with me so she can follow me and no need to go to her practical place by bus. Because she live with me, I saw her progression every day and sad to say, she is not getting well but getting worse everyday. My heart aching when I saw he struggle with the pain every day... Only God know how hard it is for us to watch her condition but cannot do anything.

One day, I brought her to the clinic where I formerly work because she is complaining that she might not do well in the practical because of her condition. I thank God because this is the first doctor who really make us see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. The Doctor asked my sister to do the blood test specifically for arthritis. She also offer to refer my sister to the specialist if she is confirmed having Rheumatoid Arthritis. Thank God... At last..

One thing I interested is, the doctor said, if she is really a rheumatoid athritis' patient, she still can conceive and have a normal family. The medication will not effect her ability to conceive... hmmm...

Now, the result was out already and she is really have the rheumatoid arthritis. She is now referred to rheumatologis and already start her treatment. From what I understand, she will have to go through the treatment for entire of her live.. Pity her.. We can only hope for miracle from God....

My question is...is the sickness will ever getting worse when she got pregnant one day??
Those of you who have the experience with this situation, please share it to us so that we can be prepared mentally and physically when the time comes.... TQ
